The role

As an Engineering Manager you will join our Tech Leadership team in being the driving force in Rome2rio’s mission to help travellers when discovering, planning and sharing their complete trips.

You will be collaborating with a cross-functional team passionate about our product, play a part in influencing the direction of our product, and be provided the autonomy and resources to successfully align and deliver on OKRs.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead a team of 4-6 engineers to deliver OKRs
• Own delivery, quality and performance of the relevant part of the code base 
• Working closely with Product, UX and Data Science teams to prioritise the outcomes to focus on
• Coach and mentor individual team members
• Play a key role in the technical decision making for the company as part of the tech leadership team
